Sam Weatherhead offers elite‑level golf instruction at Links & Drinks, bringing a competitive background rooted in both collegiate and professional golf.
Sam played collegiate golf at Michigan State University, where he earned two collegiate victories. Following graduation, he competed full‑time as a professional for six years, winning four times on professional tours. His most recent victory came at the 2025 Wisconsin State Open, a testament to his continued competitive success and understanding of high‑level performance.
In addition to his playing career, Sam is a PGA Level 2 Associate, actively working toward Class‑A PGA Membership, which he expects to achieve in early 2027. His teaching philosophy blends modern technology with a practical, results‑driven approach—focused on helping golfers understand ball flight, strike quality, and course‑applicable improvements.
